Dhamaka: Pakistani Pop Princess Annie signed movie against Shahrukh Khan.
Pakistani pop princess Annie and a Shahrukh Khan finally got the big bang dhamaka.She signed her first Bollywood movie against none other than the King of Bollywood himself Shahrukh Khan.
In a press conference, both Shahrukh Khan and Annie Khalid disclosed that they have managed to come to an agreement to work together for an upcoming project. Shahrukh Khan explained that his production house Red Chilies has signed the Mahiya girl from Pakistan for a very demanding role in his upcoming venture. The new film called “Gabru Jawan” and will be featuring Shahrukh Khan and Annie Khalid in a leading role other than Sonam Kapoor has been approached to play a very crucial role in the movie. The project will start in May 2012 and will be shot in New York.

Shahrukh Khan and Sanjay Dutt will work together in the remake 'Kanchana'.
Grapevine has it that the Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan will play the lead role in the Hindi remake of 'Kanchana'. It is also said that choreographer-director-actor Lawrence, a popular face in the south who directed the original, will be directing the remake as well.
If all goes well, Lawrence will be directing the King Khan in his B-town debut! It can't get bigger for this multi-faceted film personality from the south. It was earlier said that Lawrence will be directing this film in Hindi with Salman Khan as the hero, but it now looks like his arch rival SRK will be seen in the lead.
However as rumour mills had earlier, Sanjay Dutt will be seen in the role of 'Kanchana' itself, a role reprised by Sarath Kumar in the original.
'Kanchana' is a horror flick in Tamil which made waves due to the script which had a good dosage of comic elements and had a reach with audience of all age groups. The film had a strong social message intertwined with it in a non-preachy manner.
An official confirmation is expected shortly.

Yes, Anushka was ‘the’ original choice for the Yashraj Film that also stars Katrina Kaif in main lead. Is she going to play a character on the lines of Rani Mukherjee’s role in Veer-Zaara? The suspense lingers for now.What’s more, the film is going to be directed by the veteran director Yash Chopra, who will return to film direction after seven years. Anushka is excited and can’t stop counting her blessings. It’s a rare chance and the actress is quoted as saying, “It is a great honour to be in a Yash Chopra film and this film is the high point of my career. I look forward to sharing screen space with Shah Rukh and Katrina.”
Anushka also has no qualms for not being offered Ishaqzaade as she was very well aware that the film was supposed to be made with the newcomers, and she certainly is not one after giving hits Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Band Baaja Baaraat.

Don 2: The Chase Continues is an upcoming Indian action thriller film directed by Farhan Akhtar. It is the sequel to the 2006 film, Don: The Chase Begins Again, which itself was a remake of the 1978 film Don. The film stars Shahrukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles and Boman Irani, Om Puri, Lara Dutta and Kunal Kapoor in supporting roles.
