An active member of the popular microblogging site, Shah Rukh Khan seems to have done the disappearing act on Twitter.
Does a certain producer-director with a penchant for blood and gore have anything to do with it?
Shah Rukh Khan, who is busy shooting his first romantic film with Katrina Kaif for Yash Raj Films, has suddenly done a disappearing act from Twitter. His ardent fans and followers are left wondering if it has anything to do with a certain director’s “bitchy” comment on the popular microblogging site.
On March 21, SRK had tweeted, “Missing my lil boy and girl....they have such small lovely hands....and such large beautiful hearts (sic).”
On the same day, controversial film-maker Ram Gopal Varma posted the following tweet seemingly as a retort to SRK — “If all children are so innocent nd have beautiful hearts how come most of them grow up to become bastards?(sic)”
That was hitting below the belt, even for someone like RGV who has clearly never cared about what others think. And as many would agree, the snide remark was completely uncalled for.
Surprisingly, SRK’s only tweet post that was, “my lil girl took this pic of mine. i think its the coolest i have ever looked. thanx suhana...my official photographer (sic),” along with the picture he was referring to.
As someone who has been quite active on Twitter, it seems unusual for SRK to have remained silent for so long. Which brings us to wonder — Is this the lull before the storm? Watch this space for more.
