The alleged affair between Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra is an issue that just doesn’t seem to rest. For every other day, there is some new colour being splashed on the same. The latest in this criterion is that actor Arjun Rampal, who was once seen beside Shah Rukh through thick and thin, has laid their friendship off over the scandal that rocked the entire industry a while back.
Shah Rukh’s impeccable image has perhaps been tarnished beyond repair, and owing to the fiasco involving Priyanka Chopra, looks like the actor has a lot to do in order to redeem his image in the eyes of his once-close friends. The actor’s friendship with a lot of people is currently facing a crisis, Rampal being the latest in the lot.
According to what has been doing the rounds of people’s mouths, when the initial speculations of the Shah Rukh-Priyanka affair were being reported by the media, Arjun was among the few people who tried to offer some well-wishers’ advice to the actor. And given the resentment shown by SRK over people talking about his personal matters, Shah Rukh’s relationship with Arjun has received the last nail in the coffin, apparently. And, from what we have now come to know, Shah Rukh and family even went ahead and skipped Rampal’s anniversary celebrations.
